The Career Center Employer Services Team is a workforce development service providing comprehensive services to meet the needs of Coconino County employers. An Employer Services consultant can assist you in customizing our services to help you attain your workforce goals.
Many employers can find themselves flooded with unwanted applications, unqualified applicants, and other difficulties filling crucial positions. The Employer Services Team can assist you with your staffing needs. We can help you save time and money by providing referrals from our pre-screened, qualified applicant pool. We can also sponsor internships to help an incumbent or potential employee increase their skills and experience, helping your company to improve and retain its talent pool.
In addition, we can also help you take advantage of other money-saving incentives. Tax credits, training and education assistance, and on-the-job training opportunities may be available.
