Reserve a Ramada

Ramadas are available for reservation for the calendar year beginning the Tuesday after President's Day in February. Reserving a ramada for your party or special occasion is an easy way to guarantee your space and ensure utilities are active.

Reserve online: Go to CocoRec and follow the directions to create an account. Click on the Ramada Reservations tab to check for available dates and request a reservation. A staff member will follow up with a confirmation within one business day.

If you're reserving a ramada between Nov. 1 through April 30, call our Administration Office during regular business hours. Online ramada reservations for the 2018 season will begin Tuesday, February 20, 2018.

If you have any questions, please call us at (928) 679-8000 or stop by our office during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at Fort Tuthill County Park, 2446 Fort Tuthill Loop, Flagstaff, AZ 86005). For reservations less than 24 hours in advance, please call the Administration Office to speak with a staff member.

May 1 - October 31: Full services are available at ramadas, including water and electricity. Ramadas at Fort Tuthill County Park have one porta potty at each site. All other parks have restrooms available year-round.
November 1 - April 30: Drinking fountains and hose spigots are unavailable at all parks. Restrooms are available at Raymond County Park and Peaks View County Park. Water and restrooms are available at Louise Yellowman County Park, located in Tuba City.

Fort Tuthill County Park


Navajo Ramada


Navajo Ramada (maximum capacity is 125 people) has the most covered space with ten picnic tables protected from the weather. It is near the racquetball courts, the Coconino County Fairgrounds, volleyball court, and horseshoe pits. Additional amenities include water, electricity, and two grills (charcoal).

Cochise Ramada


Cochise Ramada (maximum capacity is 70 people) is close to racquetball courts, the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) and Soldiers Trail trailhead, and the Coconino County Fairgrounds. It has an on-site volleyball court and horseshoe pits. Amenities include water, electricity, two grills (charcoal), and four picnic tables.

Maricopa Ramada


Maricopa Ramada (maximum capacity is 80 people) is a large round ramada in a nice wooded area of the park and includes a large parking area that is suitable for big groups. It is a short walk to racquetball courts, the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) and Soldiers Trail trailhead, and the Coconino County Fairgrounds. Amenities include water, electricity, on-site volleyball court, horseshoe pits and basketball court, two grills (charcoal), and six picnic tables.

Posse Ramada


Posse Ramada (maximum capacity is 80 people) is adjacent to the Grandstands and reached via an improved dirt road. When equestrian events are in progress, there can be a bit of dust and traffic in the area. It is also very close to the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) and the Soldiers Trail trailhead. Amenities include water, electricity, on-site volleyball court and horseshoe pits, two grills (charcoal), and six picnic tables.

Yavapai Ramada


Yavapai Ramada (maximum capacity is 40 people) is adjacent to the Amphitheater with access to the Soldiers Trail. It is a short walk to racquetball courts and the Coconino County Fairgrounds. Amenities include an on-site playground for kids ages 5-12, one small grill (charcoal), three picnic tables, electricity, and a composting restroom facility (with two handicapped-accessible unisex facilities). Yavapai Ramada is closed during amphitheater concerts and events.
The Yavapai Ramada will open for reservation in May 2017.

Louise Yellowman County Park


Pavilion


The Pavilion at Louise Yellowman County Park in Tuba City, AZ, (maximum capacity is 125 people) is equipped with water and electricity. There is a large, open area (no grass) around the pavilion, perfect for additional seating. Inside the pavilion you will find a fire place, four picnic tables, and four grills (charcoal).

Peaks View County Park


Agassiz Ramada


With a view of the San Francisco Peaks, the Agassiz Ramada (maximum capacity is 40 people) is a wonderful place to host your get-together. The ADA accessible ramada has has two tables and one grill (charcoal) available, and is closest to the playground at Peaks View County Park. The playground has two structures for two different age groups, 3-5 and 5-12. There are no utilities at this ramada.

The Fremont Ramada (maximum capacity is 40 people) is closest to the multi-purpose fields. The ramada is ADA accessible, and there are two tables and one grill (charcoal) available. There are no utilities at this ramada.

The largest of the ramadas at Peaks View County Park is the Humphrey Ramada (maximum capacity is 125 people). The ramada is ADA accessible and there are eight picnic tables and three grills (charcoal) available. There are no utilities at this ramada.

Willow Ramada


The Willow Ramada (maximum capacity is 50 people) at Raymond County Park is ADA accessible, has four tables, two grills (charcoal), and electricity. Younger kids will enjoy a small climbing wall and playground nearby.

Columbine Ramada


The Columbine Ramada (maximum capacity is 20 people) is a great setting for neighborhood get-togethers. Visitors will enjoy views of the San Francisco peaks and nearby Pumphouse Wash. The ramada is ADA accessible, with one picnic table, one grill (charcoal), and electricity.
