Children qualifying for the federal Vaccines For Children (VFC) program receive vaccines at no charge. This includes children up to age 19 who are:
  • Of Native American / Alaskan Native descent
  • On Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) or KidsCare
  • Under-insured (insurance does not cover immunizations)
  • Uninsured
There is an administration fee based on income with a maximum charge of $21.

We are required to bill third party payors for children who are covered by insurance. Please check with your insurance company to determine your coverage. We will bill your insurance for the cost of vaccines and administration fee as a courtesy.

Adult Vaccines

Adult vaccines are available at CCPHSD cost plus an administration fee which is based on income. The maximum administration fee is $46.00. Appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-ins will be accepted as time permits.

Travel Immunizations

Travel immunization fees include a thorough consultation on all recommended vaccines for the area(s) of travel. A travel consultation fee of $65.00 (consultation free is not billable to insurance) for the first visit and $37.00 (may be covered by some insurance plans) for follow up visits will be charged in addition to the cost of vaccines. Discounts are not available.

Travel vaccinations are by appointment only. You should make an appointment as early as six months before your trip, and at a minimum one month prior to your trip. Often a series of vaccines is needed, and your immunity needs time to develop.
