Arizona Nutrition Network

Champions for Change

The Coconino County Public Health Services District (CCPHSD) is a partner in the Arizona Nutrition Network (AzNN) and collaborates with many public and private organizations to shape food consumption in a positive way, promote health, and reduce disease through programs offered to food stamp eligible residents of our county.

The Goal

The goal of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAPEd) is to improve the likelihood that persons eligible for the Food Stamp Program will make healthy food choices within a limited budget and choose active lifestyles consistent with the current Dietary Guidelines for Americans and Choose My Plate website.
