Stormwater Quality

We manage stormwater quality through our Stormwater Program - Phase II general permit with Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ). The ADEQ approved Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) defines what and how the County maintains our stormwater quality permit.
