Behavioral Health
The purpose of the Behavioral Health Subcommittee is to address behavioral health issues that impact the criminal justice system. This is done by researching evidence-based practices and developing collaborations to address behavioral health issues in the community. Key behavioral health issues have been identified as: domestic violence, homelessness and serial inebriation, mental health, and substance abuse.

Juvenile Justice
The purpose of the Juvenile Justice Subcommittee is to study and recommend to the Council on issues specific to juveniles in the juvenile justice system, i.e., family/child services, detention alternatives, education liaison, prevention, peer interactions, juvenile system accountability, quality and improved outcomes.

Systems Performance
The purpose of the Systems Performance Subcommittee is to identify system efficiencies and collaborations, as well as determine the impacts to the system from budget cuts, policy changes, program implementation, etc.

Victim Services
The Victim Services group was created in 2013 and is tasked with evaluating existing services for victims in Coconino County, identifying gaps in programming, and improving the overall delivery of services to victims within the county.
