The Arizona Nutrition Network
The Arizona Nutrition Network is comprised of an energetic, enthusiastic and innovative team of health educators. Nutrition classes are taught in school classrooms, after school clubs, parks and recreation sites, adult centers, and food kitchens and pantries. Creative cooking and food demos are also taught throughout the county.

Food Plus
Food Plus is a monthly nutritionally designed supplemental food box for low income seniors, postpartum women, and children not enrolled in WIC. Contact the WIC office by email or by phone at (928) 679-7250 to enroll.

Healthy Families
The Healthy Families Program provides Family Support Specialists to women who have a baby that is lass than three months of age or women who are pregnant. Services offer social/emotional support to families to enhance positive parent/child interaction and promote child health and development, services also include linkage to community services and encourage self sufficiency that supports appropriate parent/child interaction.

Health Start
The Health Start Program helps women and teens who are pregnant. It is a special program with trained, experienced women called lay health workers who can answer many of your questions.

Injury Prevention
Every year, unintentional injuries kill and disable more children than all other childhood diseases combined. Injury Prevention's goal is to reduce unintentional childhood injury through child seat safety education and instruction, organizing Safe Kids events, and promoting the use of bicycle helmets.

Tobacco Prevention
Tobacco use is the number one cause of preventable death in the United States. The goal of the Tobacco Use Prevention Project is to reduce tobacco use in Coconino County, stop future tobacco use, and to prevent exposure to secondhand smoke through outreaches, classes and legislation.

Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program
The Arizona WIC Program is designed to provide supplemental foods, nutrition education and referrals to other health and social services as a part of good health care during critical times of growth and development.
