Welcome to RANNA's Web-based Resource Directory!
RANNA is a collaboration of human and social service agencies and organizations, community members, faith-based organizations, and government entities in Northern Arizona and we are pleased to bring you our on-line Resource Directory.
Our web-based resource directory pages include:
- Intro / Home with special links to RANNA's Agency Information Questionnaire, VolunteerMatch, and the Self-Sufficiency Standard for Arizona, as well as Crisis Hotline / Emergency Services Phone Numbers by location.
- Agencies / Services for in-depth information about specific services, eligibility requirements, required documents, proximity to the bus system, waiting time, etc., searchable by agency name, location, or service type (food, shelter, child care, etc.).
- RANNA Info Net for archiving all Listserv e-mail announcements of social services related activities, trainings, volunteer needs, an events calendar, and various social services related web-links. (See FAQ for how to become a RANNA Info Net member and/or join the Listserv to receive these e-mail announcements.)
- FAQ answering Frequently Asked Questions about the frog logo, adding an agency to the Resource Directory, the Listserv, contacting RANNA, and more.

Agency Information Questionnaire (Download)
- Information you provide via this packet will enable us to add (or update) your agency records to the RANNA Resource Directory so your agency's services message is available to the community and current.

VolunteerMatch via the Nonprofit Resource Center of Northern Arizona (NPRC)
- A FREE web service matching your organization's volunteer opportunities with potential volunteers. Post your volunteer opportunities so volunteers can find yours listed.

The Self-Sufficiency Standard for Arizona
- A project of Children's Action Alliance and Wider Opportunities for Women assessing the wages Arizona families must earn in each county and in four metropolitan areas in order to meet their basic needs of housing, food, transportation, child care, health care and taxes. Information is available on at least 8 family types per county.

Arizona 2-1-1
- This is a statewide system facilitating public access to community, social service and homeland security information and referrals. When fully-implemented, 2-1-1 will combine information from a wide variety of health and human service providers through a single information network that can easily be accessed by caseworkers and the public at large. Arizona citizens will also be able to access disaster response and homeland security information through the 2-1-1 system, including assistance locating disaster relief organizations and services, obtaining accurate updates regarding threats and disasters and identifying opportunities to volunteer in their communities.
