March 2021: Ramada reservation applications are now being accepted for 2021. You may put in a reservation request online through CocoRec or by filling out the Ramada Reservation Packet and submitting it to parksrec(at)coconino.az.gov, mail it or drop off to 2446 Fort Tuthill Loop, Flagstaff, AZ 86005, or fax it to (928) 774 2572.

Parks & Recreation Re-Opening Facility Rentals

The Navajo Ramada (including picnic tables and barbecue grills) at Fort Tuthill County Park is currently closed. All other ramadas at the parks are open.

Description: Ramadas are used to host parties, reunions and get-togethers. Reserving a ramada for your party or special occasion is an easy way to guarantee your space and ensure utilities are active.  There are 11 ramadas at four County parks available for rent. Check out the descriptions below.

Ramadas are available for rent seven days a week, for half or full days throughout the year, including holidays. Prices range from $46-$114. 

For reservations less than 24 hours in advance, please call the Administration Office at (928) 679-8000 to speak with a staff member.
Reserve a Ramada
May 1 - October 31: Full services are available at ramadas, including water and electricity; weather-dependent. Ramadas at Fort Tuthill County Park have one porta potty at each site. All other parks have restrooms available year-round.
November 1 - April 30: Drinking fountains and hose spigots are unavailable at all parks; weather-dependent. Restrooms are available at Raymond County Park and Peaks View County Park. Water and restrooms are available at Louise Yellowman County Park, located in Tuba City.

Fort Tuthill County Park

Navajo Ramada


Navajo Ramada (maximum capacity is 125 people) has the most covered space of the ramadas at Fort Tuthill County Park. It is near the racquetball courts, the Coconino County Fairgrounds, volleyball court, and horseshoe pits. Amenities include:

Navajo Ramada

Cochise Ramada


Cochise Ramada (maximum capacity is 70 people) is close to racquetball courts, the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) and Soldiers Trail trailhead, and the Coconino County Fairgrounds. It has an on-site volleyball court and horseshoe pits. Amenities include:

Cochise Ramada

Maricopa Ramada


Maricopa Ramada (maximum capacity is 80 people) is a large round ramada in a nice wooded area of the park and includes a large parking area that is suitable for big groups. It is a short walk to racquetball courts, the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) and Soldiers Trail trailhead, and the Coconino County Fairgrounds. Additional features include on-site volleyball court, horseshoe pits, and a basketball court. Amenities include:

Maricopa Ramada

Posse Ramada


Posse Ramada (maximum capacity is 80 people) is adjacent to the Grandstands and reached via an improved dirt road. When equestrian events are in progress, there can be a bit of dust and traffic in the area. It is also very close to the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) and the Soldiers Trail trailhead. Additional features include on-site volleyball court and horseshoe pits. Amenities include:

Posse Ramada

Yavapai Ramada


Yavapai Ramada (maximum capacity is 40 people) is adjacent to the Amphitheater with access to the Soldiers Trail, and includes an on-site playground for kids ages 5-12 and a composting restroom facility (with two handicap-accessible unisex facilities). It is a short walk to the disc golf course, racquetball courts and the Coconino County Fairgrounds. Amenities include:

Yavapai Ramada is closed during amphitheater concerts and events.

Louise Yellowman County Park


Pavilion


The Pavilion at Louise Yellowman County Park in Tuba City, AZ, (maximum capacity is 125 people). There is a large, open area (no grass) around the pavilion, perfect for additional seating. Inside the pavilion you will find a fire place. Amenities include:

Agassiz Ramada


With a view of the San Francisco Peaks, the Agassiz Ramada (maximum capacity is 40 people) is a wonderful place to host your get-together. The ADA accessible ramada is closest to the playground at Peaks View County Park. The playground has two structures for two different age groups, 3-5 and 5-12. There are no utilities at this ramada. Amenities include:

The Fremont Ramada (maximum capacity is 40 people) is closest to the multi-purpose fields. The ramada is ADA accessible. There are no utilities at this ramada. Amenities include:
