The only cost change to FY24 benefits was applied to Health Insurance with an approximate 5.5% overall rate
increase to all three medical plans: HDHP, Base & Buy-Up.
There are no cost changes to Dental, Vision and Life Insurance.
If you have life insurance coverage as a retiree, please complete and return
the beneficiary designation form sent with this mailing.
