Roles & Services

The Facilities Management Department strives to provide a safe, functional, and aesthetic work environment for all County departments and the citizens served by our organization. We are committed to:

Outreach Efforts

Our work brings us into contact with most all of the 1,000+ employees of Coconino County, who are based in Flagstaff, Fredonia, Page, Sedona, Williams, and Tuba City. Our current responsibilities include:
  • Operation and management of 43 County-owned buildings
  • Capital repair and replacement
  • Construction and renovation of facilities
  • Custodial service
  • Landscape maintenance
