COVID-19 Resources
The Coconino County Assessor's Office continues to meet its statutory duties under the current impacts of COVID-19. We remain dedicated to providing excellent customer service and working with customers on their individual needs.
All Assessor duties and process deadlines are set by Arizona Revised Statutes Title 42. Changes in due dates and the assessment calendar can only be changed by the legislature with approval from the Governor. Currently, neither the legislature nor the Governor has provided the Assessor with this flexibility, but we will continue to communicate our needs and provide updates as they occur.
Conducting Business with the Assessor
At this time, we are requesting that all Assessor business be done over the phone, by email or through the mail as much as possible to safeguard the health and safety of our customers and staff. We encourage all customers to take advantage of our electronic filing options. We have a new Assessor email in which you can submit forms that do not require an Assessor staff signature: assessor@coconino.az.gov
We encourage you to work with an Assessor's Office team member to resolve your specific need remotely. We welcome your feedback during this transition. Please contact us with any questions, comments or concerns:
