Guidance

Guidance for Reopening

Coconino County recommends following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Arizona Department of Health Services. Businesses are encouraged to develop reopening plans that support best public health practices based on the current guidance and the current local situation.

To submit plans for a free review, please download and save the attached cover sheet.  The Re-entry Cover Sheet functions best if filled and saved in either Adobe Reader or Fox-it Reader.  Follow the directions on the form and then submit the plans with the cover sheet at the link listed below.  The listed URL can also be copied and pasted into the web browser of choice.

Reopening plans may be submitted to Coconino County’s secure web interface for review at: https://app.sharebase.com/#/folder/663/share/473---jNzL-BSFwwns6IuXI2FwBEp51M.

Submission and plan review do not assure compliance with required state and federal guidelines. Businesses are encouraged to prioritize health and physical distancing in reopening decisions. Plans will be reviewed by a team of public health experts. The target return time is within 3 business days of submission, but may exceed that timeframe based on demand.
