USPS Delays Impacting Payments Received by Mail
Due to USPS delays, it is taking longer than usual for payments sent by mail to be received and processed. Our office honors the postmark date on mail received. We ask that you wait 10 business days from mailing for your payment to post. Payments may be dropped in an official Coconino County Drop Box located at:
- 2625 N. King Street, Flagstaff, AZ 86004 - Coconino County Health & Human Services Building
- 110 E. Cherry Avenue, Flagstaff, AZ 86001 - Coconino County General Services Building
National Coin Shortage
The coin shortage across the country has limited how much change organizations have on hand. We ask that, if at all possible, residents use exact change if paying with cash.
Important Dates to Remember
Tax payments need to be paid or postmarked no later than the delinquent dates listed below to avoid interest accruals.
