Vaccination Locations

  • All vaccine locations offer vaccines for all adults and children 6 months of age and older unless indicated otherwise.
  • The vaccine locations offer all types of vaccines and boosters. Contact the vaccination site for the latest information.
  • Please bring your COVID-19 vaccination card with you if seeking a 2nd or booster dose.
  • Masks are recommended at all vaccination locations.
  • Children 6 months -17 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.

 (The clinic is located inside the CCHHS building)

Wednesdays 8:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. and 12 - 4:30 p.m.
Thursdays, 12 – 4:30 p.m. and
Fridays, 8:30 – 11 a.m. and 12 – 4:30 p.m.
 The Clinic offers

  • COVID-19 primary vaccinations for ages 6 months and over
  • Booster doses for eligible individuals ages 5+ (*bivalent booster for individuals aged 12+)
  • Flu shots for ages 6 months and over

 A guardian must accompany a child receiving vaccinations.
 Appointments preferred; walk-ins accepted as time allows. Use the button below.

Individuals can receive a COVID-19 primary series vaccine or booster, as well as a flu shot at the same time, and have the option to request both flu and COVID-19 vaccinations during the appointment process.

 *The new booster vaccine contains components that help broadly protect people from COVID-19, as well as protect against the omicron variant.
