Online Dispute Resolution for Criminal and Petty Offense Citations

In the State of Arizona, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is a procedure that is available in the Flagstaff Justice Court, effective May 1, 2021, to defendants that have been charged with certain misdemeanor offenses.  ODR allows defendants to participate in court proceedings online instead of going to the courthouse.  Not all cases will qualify for ODR.  Contact the court to determine whether your case may qualify, or if you do not wish to utilize ODR.
