July 16, 2021: The Mt. Elden Estates Flood Mitigation Project, which was substantially completed, sustained damage during monsoon flooding this week.

Project Overview

The Mt. Elden Estates Flood Mitigation Project is an individual lot mitigation project that includes, at some locations, roadway reprofiling, low-water crossings, and channel work to help convey floodwaters more safely out of the Mt. Elden Estates neighborhood. These measures are designed to only address more frequent, small-scale rain events.
