In Person Service Locations

Paying in person? ALL in person services have moved from our downtown Flagstaff Office. You can visit us at any of the following locations:

  • Drive-Thru located at 2304 N. 3rd Street in Flagstaff, M-F 8am to 5pm (Closed from 11am to noon)
  • Flagstaff Mall at 4650 N. Hwy 89, inside the mall next to Planet Fitness, M-F 9 am to 5pm.

IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER

Tax payments need to be paid or postmarked no later than the delinquent dates listed below to avoid interest accruals. The Treasurer's Office honors the postmark date on mailed payments.

The Treasurer collects all property taxes and distributes funds to schools, cities, fire districts, and other local governments that is used for roads, schools, hospitals, and more. The percentages below represent the total distribution of all taxes collected by the Coconino County Treasurer's Office for tax year 2021. How to Pay Your Property Taxes

We offer a number of ways for you to pay your property taxes. Payments can be made online, by mail, placed in an official Coconino County drop box, by phone, via wire, in person, or through your banks "Bill Pay" option. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, money order, credit card, debit card, PayPal, Venmo, and electronic check. Scroll down to learn more!

Fees apply to all credit card, debit card, PayPal, Venmo, and electronic check transactions. Treasurer staff are not able to take your credit card or banking account information over the phone.
