• Mobile Home Extension Form - requests per A.R.S. 42-19160 for extension of payment of delinquent taxes that accrued under previous owner. Applies only to mobile/manufactured homes. 
• Prepayment Agreement - required to be completed if making prepayments on your property tax account
• Tax Lien Suspense Authorization Form - required if making payments on an account with a tax lien that is less than the total amount due
