[ARCHIVED] Tax Lien Sale Notice

Public notice is hereby given that I will, according to the law, offer at public sale, through the services of Realauction an electronic Tax Lien Sale, on the 12th day of February, 2013, commencing at the hour of 8:00 A.M. of said day, in batches, the first batch to close at 8:30 a.m. and each batch closing at ½ hour intervals until the last batch closes at 4:00 p.m., and succeeding days at the office of Coconino County Treasurer, a tax lien on the following described real property. Taxes for the year 2011 have not been paid in-full on this real property. Tax liens may be purchased for an amount necessary to pay all delinquent taxes including prior years when applicable, with the interest, penalties and charges thereon, to-wit:
At the date and time of sale, tax liens on parcels will be sold by parcel listed in the official public printed list available in The Arizona Daily Sun or on-line at Advertised 2013 Tax Lien Sale. Interested bidders can view and post bids beginning January 28, 2013, at 2013 Tax Lien Auction. A deposit of 10% of the anticipated total tax lien purchase must be posted through the internet sale site. Once the batch closes on the date of sale, successful bidder will be held responsible for completing the purchase. Final payments must be delivered by 4:00 p.m. on the day following the sale, February 13, 2013. Bidders must do their own research and know what they are purchasing. The delinquent list for tax liens not purchased at the tax lien sale will be available Monday, March 1, 2013 from the Treasurer’s Office. Tax lien(s) can be purchased over the counter throughout the year. The over the counter list will include the tax year 2011 parcels as well as parcels that were advertised and offered in prior years.
Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), accommodations will be available upon one week advance request to the Coconino County Treasurer, prior to the tax lien sale. Access to public computers will be available on the day of sale for those who do not have computer access.
