Coconino County celebrates the 50th National Earth Day

Earth Day

Coconino County will be celebrating the 50th National Earth Day this week from Monday, April 20 through Friday, April 24.

The County has created an interactive website to provide fun services and learning activities for people of all ages. Each day will have a specific theme and include time-flexible activities in order to support the diverse schedules of participants.

At the end of each day, participants will receive one raffle entry for each daily activity completed. Four $25 gift cards to local businesses will be awarded daily. Additionally, the first 20 people who register and participate in the three Lunch and Learn presentations will be entered into a separate raffle to receive a $10 gift card to a local restaurant.

The schedule of events can be found on the Coconino County Sustainable Building Program’s website.
