Correction to 2023 Property Taxes for Page Hospital District

CC Seal

At their regular meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 10, the Coconino County Board of Supervisors (Board) approved and adopted an amendment to the 2023 property tax rate schedule for the Page Hospital District.

It had been determined that an error was made by the District in calculating their tax rate on the 2023 tax notices. The correction of this error has resulted in a reduction in taxes due.

Property owners located in the District will be receiving a new property tax notice from the Coconino County Treasurer’s Office. Those who have paid their 2023 property taxes in full will be issued a refund check in the amount of the overpayment. For those who have not paid in full, or who pay through a mortgage lender, there will be a revision to the 2023 property tax balance.

The Treasurer’s Office and Page Hospital District will be holding a town hall on Thursday, October 26th from 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. at the Page Public Safety Building, 808 Coppermine Rd., Page, AZ 86040. During this town hall the Treasurer’s Office staff will be available to answer questions, review individual tax information, and be available to accept property tax payments.

Property tax information may be viewed online at the Treasurer’s website, www.coconino.az.gov/treasurer. For in-person assistance, the County provides two service locations:
